Holiday School Care and all of our third-party data handling affiliates including Wix, Magic Bookings, Student Finance and HMRC all have a duty to comply with the statutory GDPR regulations. We have updated our Privacy Notices for parents and employees accordingly. If you are a registered parent, carer or Holiday School Care team member, you will continue to hear from us about matters specific or pertinent to you or your child, if applicable. Your data will never be shared with any third parties other than as required to help us provide our services to you, or if we believe there is a Safeguarding Concern of which we are duty-bound to report to the Child Safeguarding Authority.
